CORONA EXTRA X SUPREME QUESO NACHOS

Ingredients

  • 1 - 15.5 oz jar of ON THE BORDER® Salsa Con Queso or 15.25 oz jar of ON THE BORDER® Jalapeño Queso (for those who like it spicy!)
  • 1 - 15 oz to 22.25 oz bag of your favorite ON THE BORDER® Tortilla Chips
  • 1 - 16 oz jar ON THE BORDER® Medium Salsa
  • 1 - 16 oz jar ON THE BORDER® Southwest Bean Dip
  • 1 sliced green onion
  • 1 small can sliced black olives
  • 1 small can sliced jalapeños
  • 1/2 cup guacamole
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Place your favorite ON THE BORDER® Tortilla Chips in the oven on a baking sheet or oven proof plate until warm (3 to 5 minutes).
  • Place ON THE BORDER® Salsa Con Queso, Southwest Bean Dip and Medium Salsa into individual microwavable bowls to heat separately. Heat each bowl for 15-20 seconds, stir, heat for 15-20 seconds, stir, and repeat until all are heated through (use caution as contents may be hot).
  • Take turns drizzling the heated ON THE BORDER® Queso/Bean Dip/Salsa over the top of tortilla chips. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, and jalapenos. Place under broiler in oven until cheese starts to melt.
  • Remove and sprinkle black olives, green onions and cilantro on top. Serve with guacamole and sour cream.
