Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you are not located in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, at the time of entry.

1. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Corona Summer 2024 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 10:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 6, 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on August 15, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period consists of fifteen (15) separate weekly entry periods (each a “Weekly Entry Period” or “Entry Period”) and three (3) separate Grand Prize entry periods (each a “Grand Prize Entry Period” or “Entry Period”). See charts in Rule #4 for details.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 21 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees of Crown Imports LLC (“Sponsor”), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. (“Live Nation”), the MLB Entities, each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies (collectively, “Released Parties”), any person affiliated with the alcoholic beverage industry, including but not limited to retailers of alcohol products, and their immediate and extended family members (including but not limited to spouses, domestic partners, parents, children, and siblings) and household members of each (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in or win a prize in the Sweepstakes. The “MLB Entities” shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (“BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs (“Clubs”), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing entities. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, visit CoronaUSA.com (“Website”) and follow the instructions to have your email address validated. Then, once your email address has been successfully validated, follow the instructions to complete and submit the registration form (“Entry”), including selecting the Weekly Prize drawing you would like to enter, to be entered into those corresponding Weekly Prize drawing and Grand Prize and any subsequent Grand Prize drawing(s). Entries must be received within the Weekly Entry Period indicated in the first chart below in Rule #4 to be included in that Weekly Entry Period’s drawing only, for the Weekly Prize indicated on your Entry; Entries do not roll over into subsequent Weekly Entry Period drawings. Entries must be received by the Grand Prize Entry Period Deadline indicated in the second chart below in Rule #4 to be included in that Grand Prize random drawing and any subsequent Grand Prize random drawing(s). Entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on August 15, 2024 to be included in the last Grand Prize random drawing and the last Weekly Entry Period’s random drawing, for the Weekly Prize indicated on your Entry. Limit one (1) Entry per person/email address per day. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address to submit an Entry.

4. RANDOM DRAWINGS, PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARVs”): Separate random drawings will be conducted on or about each Weekly Random drawing indicated in the first chart below, to select the number of winners indicated for each Weekly Prize, as indicated on Entries. Separate random drawings will be conducted on or about each Grand Prize Random Drawing date indicated in the second chart below to select one (1) Grand Prize winner of the prize indicated, from among all eligible Entries received by the Grand Prize Entry Period deadline indicated for each Grand Prize drawing. Random drawings will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The odds of winning a Weekly First Prize will depend on the total number of eligible Entries received within each Weekly Entry Period, for each Weekly Prize. The odds of winning a Grand Prize will depend on the total number of eligible Entries received by each Grand Prize Entry Period’s entry deadline. Limit one (1) Grand Prize and one (1) Weekly Prize per person/household.

**Each MLB Game Ticket Prize consists of a pair of admission tickets to winner’s choice of available MLB 2024 regular season game from a list of Sponsor-specified available games (“Game”). No transportation, accommodations or alcohol included with MLB Game Ticket prizes.

Resale of Festival tickets is prohibited.  By claiming Festival tickets, you agree to Front Gate Tickets Terms of Use and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the Festival, which may include, but not be limited to, wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 status. Should the Festival be cancelled, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

5. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS/CONDITIONS: Use of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition ticket is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the ticket; see mlb.com/ticketback for details. Major League Baseball game/Event date and time are determined in the sole discretion of the BOC and/or the applicable Club, as applicable, and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of any prize will govern in the event a legal game, event or exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held, as applicable, due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. MLB Game Ticket Prize winners, All-Star Game Grand Prize trip winner and each of their guests/travel companions agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue, as applicable, regulations in connection with the prize. Sponsor, and the applicable MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to winner and/or his/her guest/travel companion who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game, event or exhibition. Sponsor and the MLB Entities will not be responsible for weather conditions, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, local, state, or federal regulation, order or policy, work stoppage, epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety, or any other event outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game, event or exhibition. Major League Baseball game, event and exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold or offered for resale or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game tickets. Seat locations at any Sweepstakes-related events shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Each MLB Game Ticket winner’s guest, and each Grand Prize winner’s travel companion must be 21 years of age or older to accompany winner and must execute and return a liability/publicity release prior to prize award. Each MLB Game Ticket winner and guest, and each Grand Prize winner and their applicable travel companion, must also pass any required medical testing and comply with any requirements, at any time, that may be required or recommended by any government agency, or Sponsor, including without limitation, passing one or more COVID-19 antigen and screening tests, and testing negative for COVID-19 or having the COVID-19 vaccine(s). All travelers must have valid travel documents prior to departure (i.e., REAL ID, passport or other TSA-approved ID; visit tsa.gov for a list of TSA-approved IDs). If a Grand Prize winner lives within a 250-mile radius of destination city, he/she will receive a $250 travel stipend in lieu of air and ground transportation and no additional compensation for travel will be provided. Grand Prize winners and their applicable travel companion are solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to meals, surcharges, service charges, personal charges, taxes, travel and other insurance, additional transportation, gratuities, souvenirs, upgraded room accommodations and other incidentals and items of a personal nature. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, mutilated or stolen travel documents. Actual retail value of Grand Prizes may vary. Sponsor is not responsible for, and Grand Prize winner(s) will not receive any difference between, the actual value and ARV of any Grand Prize. Grand Prizes are subject to additional restrictions. Festival Grand Prize trip winner, All-Star Game Grand Prize trip winner and their applicable travel companions must travel on same itinerary and must agree to depart and return on dates specified by Sponsor surrounding the event, if applicable, which are subject to change, or Grand Prize will be forfeited. If the Festival Grand Prize trip winner or All-Star Game Grand Prize trip winner are unable to travel on dates specified, prize will be forfeited and an alternate applicable Grand Prize winner may be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries received for that trip, time permitting. “Travel” Grand Prize trip winner and his/her travel companion must travel on same itinerary. “Travel” Grand Prize trip must be completed within one year of notification. All travel prizes are subject to additional restrictions. Travel is subject to availability and certain blackout dates may apply. In the event an MLB Game Ticket Prize winner, a Grand Prize winner or any of their applicable guests/travel companion engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion) is inappropriate or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to eject them from the event, in whole or in part, with no further compensation to the winner. No alcohol is included with any prize. In the event an MLB Game Ticket Prize winner, a Grand Prize winner or any of their applicable guests/travel companions consume alcoholic beverages (none will be provided by Sponsor) while participating in any Sweepstakes-related activities, they do so at their own discretion and agree to hold the Released Parties harmless from any subsequent damages or third-party claims arising out of or related to such consumption.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION/PRIZE AWARD: Potential Grand Prize winners, Live Nation Code winners and MLB Game Ticket Prize winners will be notified by phone and/or email. Potential Grand Prize winners will be required to complete and return via email/email link, an Affidavit of Eligibility/Declaration of Eligibility, a Release of Liability and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within two (2) days of Administrator’s attempted delivery of same. Potential Live Nation Code winners and MLB Game Ticket Prize winners will be required to complete and return via email/email link, an Affidavit of Eligibility/Declaration of Eligibility, a Release of Liability and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within three (3) days of Administrator’s attempted delivery of same. Baseball Cap Prizes and Beach Bundle Prizes will be shipped to the address indicated on each winner’s Entry, as applicable. Noncompliance within any specified time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable, or declining a prize for any reason, may result in disqualification without further notice and selection of an alternate Prize winner, as applicable, in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries for that prize for that random drawing.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS, RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: All prizes are Sponsor-specified. No alcohol included with any prize. Prizes consist of only the item(s) specifically listed as part of the prize in these Official Rules and prize details not specified herein shall be determined solely by Sponsor. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by Sponsor. Winners are responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes. Grand Prize winners will receive an IRS Form 1099 from Administrator for the value of their prize. No transfer, assignment, substitution or cash equivalent for any prize will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor due to prize unavailability for any reason. In such circumstance, an alternate prize of equal value will be awarded and Sponsor’s obligation to the winner will be fulfilled, and no other additional compensation will be provided. Resale of prizes is prohibited. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. If an entrant submits more than the stated number of Entries permitted, and/or if the Sponsor or Administrator suspects that an entrant attempted to obtain additional Entries by using multiple or different email addresses, registrations, identities or any other method, Sponsor and Administrator will void that entrant’s Entries and that entrant may be disqualified. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online and the drawings will be conducted from among all eligible Entries received for each applicable drawing, prior to termination. Any damage made to the Website by an entrant will be the responsibility of the entrant and/or the authorized email account holder of the email address submitted at the time of Entry. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules. This Sweepstakes may be advertised in different creative presentations.

8. PUBLICITY: Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name and/or likeness and Entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners list, unless prohibited by law.

9. DISPUTES: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action and exclusively before a court having jurisdiction located in Cook County, Illinois. In any such dispute, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (e.g., evidenced costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes). Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
