Great Cooler Hunt Official Rules

1. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Great Cooler Hunt (the “Promotion”) begins at 10:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 4, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on September 7, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period includes two (2) separate instant win game trip prize game play periods (each a “Game Play Period”). (See Rule #3 for details.)
2. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion consists of a random draw sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) and an Instant Win Game (“Game”). The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 21 years of age or older as of date of entry. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited. The Game is open only to legal residents of forty-nine (49) states of the United States (excluding New Jersey) and the District of Columbia, who are 21 years of age or older as of date of Game Play. The Game is void in New Jersey and where prohibited. Employees of Crown Imports LLC (“Sponsor”), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies (collectively, “Released Parties”), any person affiliated with the alcoholic beverage industry, including but not limited to retailers of alcohol products, and their immediate and extended family members (including but not limited to spouses, domestic partners, parents, children, and siblings) and household members of each (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate or win. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Participation constitutes participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
3. HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES/PLAY THE GAME:
· VIA WEB-ENABLED MOBILE DEVICE: During the Promotion Period, go to CoronaUSA.com (“Website”) and follow the instructions to complete and submit the online registration form (“Website Entry” or “Entry”), to be entered into the Sweepstakes. Website Entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on September 7, 2026 to be eligible for the Sweepstakes random drawing. Eligible participants will also receive one (1) game play (“Website Game Play”) in the Game upon Sweepstakes Entry. New Jersey residents are not eligible for a Game Play. Potential instant winners will receive a message that includes the word, “Congratulations” (subject to verification of eligibility) and offer recipients will receive a message that includes the word, “Score” (subject to verification of eligibility). Non-winning Game Plays will receive a game message that includes the word, “Sorry.” Non-winning Game Plays and Game Plays where offers are not received, will be entered into the Second Chance random drawing to award any unawarded/unclaimed Game prizes valued over $25 (if any). All Website Entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on September 7, 2026 to enter the Sweepstakes. All Website Game Plays must be received within the Online Game Play Period indicated in the chart below, to have a chance to win that Game Play Period’s Instant Win Game Prize Trip. Limit one (1) Website Entry/Website Game Play per person/email address per day. Multiple players are not permitted to share the same email address to receive a Website Entry/Website Game Play.
· VIA MAIL: On a plain piece of 3” x 5” paper, hand print your full name, street address, city, state, zip, date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY), daytime telephone number and valid email address (collectively “Mailed Entry” or “Entry”; “Mailed Game Play” or “Game Play”). You must also include your signature on your Mailed Entry to certify that you are 21 years of age or older. Mail in a hand-addressed envelope via first class mail to: Great Cooler Hunt, P.O. Box 7740, Melville, NY 11775-7740, to receive one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes. Eligible participants will also receive one (1) game play into the Game with their Sweepstakes Entry. New Jersey residents are not eligible for a Game Play. Limit one (1) Mailed Entry/Mailed Game Play per mailing envelope. No mechanically reproduced Entries/Game Plays permitted. Mailed Entries must be postmarked by September 8, 2026 and received by September 14, 2026 to enter the Sweepstakes. Mailed Game Plays must be postmarked by the Mailed Game Play Postmark Date and received by the Mailed Game Play Deadline indicated in the chart below, to have a chance to win that Game Play Period’s Instant Win Game Prize Trip. Only instant winners and offer recipients will be notified based on the odds of winning/receiving and date of receipt of Mailed Game Play.

4. GAME PLAY/GAME PRIZE WINNER VERIFICATION/GAME PRIZE AWARD: All winning/offer Game Plays are subject to verification. If, due to an error of any kind, more instant winning/offer messages are delivered to participants, or more game prizes/offers are claimed than are intended to be awarded per Rule #9, the intended number of game prizes/offers will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified Game Plays received during the Promotion Period. Potential Game Prize Trip winners and La Playa Pack winners will be contacted by phone and/or email and will be required to complete and return via email/email link, an Affidavit of Eligibility/Declaration of Eligibility, a Release of Liability and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within three (3) days of Administrator’s attempted delivery of same. French terry shirt Game Prize winners and nylon shorts Game Prize winners will be contacted by email and will be required to provide additional information (e.g., requested apparel size [based on available sizes at the time of notification], date of birth, confirmation of mailing address, etc.) to the Sponsor/Administrator, within one (1) to two (2) business days of notification, to facilitate verification of eligibility and prize fulfillment. All other merchandise Game Prizes will be shipped to the mailing addresses indicated on each verified winner’s Form, within approximately six (6) to eight (8) weeks after verification of Game Play. Game Offer digital codes will be emailed to the email address indicated on each verified offer recipient’s Form, within approximately six (6) to eight (8) weeks after verification of Game Play. Noncompliance within any required timeframe or return of any Game Prize/Offer or Game Prize/Offer notification as undeliverable, or declining a Game Prize for any reason, will result in disqualification without further notice in which case the prize will be forfeited and, if it is a Game Prize valued over $25, awarded in the Second Chance Drawing.
5. SECOND CHANCE DRAWING: Any unawarded/unclaimed Game Prizes (or prizes returned as undeliverable) valued over $25 will be awarded in a second chance random drawing (“Second Chance Drawing”), to be conducted by the Administrator on or about October 31, 2026, from among all non-winning Game Plays and all Game Plays in which an offer was not received. Odds of winning in the Second Chance Drawing depend upon the number of eligible non-winning Game Plays and the number of Game Plays in which an offer was not received, and the number of unawarded/unclaimed and returned Game prizes valued over $25 (if any).
6. SWEEPSTAKES RANDOM DRAWING: One (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected on or about on or about September 15, 2026 from among all eligible Entries received. Random drawing will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Promotion. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes Prize depend upon the total number of eligible Entries received.
7. SWEEPSTAKES WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone and/or email and will be required to complete and return via email/email link, an Affidavit of Eligibility/Declaration of Eligibility, a Release of Liability and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within three (3) days of Administrator’s attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within any specified time period or return of Sweepstakes Grand Prize/Sweepstakes Grand Prize notification as undeliverable, or declining Sweepstakes Grand Prize for any reason, will result in disqualification without further notice and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries received.
8. SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): One (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize Trip: A five (5)-day/four (4)-night trip for winner and one (1) travel companion to one (1) of the following: winner’s choice of beach destination within the 48 contiguous U.S. OR a Sponsor-specified beach destination in Cancun, Mexico (Minimum ARV $5,875/Maximum ARV $6,300, based on selected destination). See additional trip details in Rule #10.
9. GAME PRIZES/OFFERS & ARVs (UNCLAIMED/UNAWARDED GAME PRIZES VALUED OVER $25 WILL BE AWARDED IN A SECOND CHANCE DRAWING):
· Two (2) Instant Win Game Grand Prize Trips (one [1] awarded each Instant Win Game Trip Prize Game Play Period, as indicated above in the chart in Rule #3): A five (5)-day/four (4)-night trip for winner and one (1) travel companion to one (1) of the following: winner’s choice of beach destination within the 48 contiguous U.S. OR a Sponsor-specified beach destination in Cancun, Mexico (Minimum ARV $5,875/Maximum ARV $6,300 each Grand Prize, based on selected destination). See additional trip details in Rule #10.
· Ten (10) Prizes: A Corona La Playa Pack consisting of one [1] of each of the following items: Pop-up beach tent, Corona-branded cooler, sunglasses, shirt and shorts set (limited sizes available), towel, tote bag, wireless speaker and lime cutter (ARV $1,023 each La Playa Pack).
· Seventy-five (75) Prizes: Sunglasses (ARV $199 each).
· Sixty-five (65) Prizes: Towel and tote bag (ARV $183 each).
· Fifty (50) Prizes: Pop-up beach tent (ARV $170 each).
· Fifty (50) Prizes: Corona-branded cooler (ARV $170 each).
· One hundred (100) Prizes: French terry shirt (limited sizes available) (ARV $134 each).
· One hundred (100) Prizes: Nylon shorts (limited sizes available) (ARV $92 each).
· One hundred (100) Prizes: Wireless speaker (ARV $60 each).
· Three hundred (300) Offers: A digital code redeemable for $25 towards the purchase of merchandise at the Corona Store at shop.CoronaUSA.com.
· Six hundred (600) Offers: A digital code redeemable for $10 towards the purchase of merchandise at the Corona Store at shop.CoronaUSA.com.
Overall approximate odds of winning a Game prize/receiving an offer instantly are 1 in 300. Actual odds of winning a Game prize/receiving an offer depend upon the total number eligible Game Plays received.
10. GRAND PRIZE TRIP DETAILS AND RESTRICTIONS: Trips include round-trip economy air transportation for winner and travel companion from major airport nearest winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion), four (4) nights’ hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy), ground transportation from/to airport/hotel in destination city, and $750 spending money (awarded in the form of a check for winner). Actual retail value of the Grand Prizes may vary. Sponsor is not responsible for, and winners will not receive any difference between, the actual value and ARV of the applicable Grand Prize. Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. Grand Prizes may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. If a winner lives within a 250-mile radius of selected destination, winner will receive a $250 travel stipend in lieu of air transportation and no additional compensation for travel will be provided. Each Grand Prize winner’s travel companion must be 21 years or older at time of travel and must execute and return a liability/publicity release prior to travel. Each Grand Prize winner and their travel companion are solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to meals, surcharges, service charges, personal charges, taxes, travel and other insurance, additional transportation, gratuities, souvenirs, upgraded room accommodations and other incidentals and items of a personal nature. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, mutilated or stolen travel documents. If a Grand Prize winner elects to travel or participate in the Trip with no travel companion, no additional compensation will be awarded for the travel companion portion of prize. Travel is subject to availability and certain blackout dates may apply. Each Grand Prize winner and their travel companion must travel on same itinerary, and travel must be completed within one year of notification, or Grand Prize will be forfeited with no compensation from Sponsor. Grand Prizes are subject to additional restrictions. All travelers must have valid travel documents prior to departure (i.e., REAL ID-compliant driver’s license, REAL ID-compliant non-driver ID, passport or other TSA-approved ID; visit www.tsa.gov for a list of TSA-approved IDs). All Mexico travelers must have valid travel documents prior to departure (i.e., a passport with at least three months validity, travel visa or other TSA-approved ID; visit www.tsa.gov or a list of TSA-approved IDs). Each Grand Prize winner and their travel companion must follow any applicable COVID or other protocols that may be in place at time of travel. In the event any Grand Prize winner or their travel companion engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion) is inappropriate or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip early, in whole or in part, and send the winner and their travel companion home with no further compensation to the winner. No alcohol is included with the Grand Prizes. In the event a Grand Prize winner or their travel companion consumes alcoholic beverages (none will be provided by Sponsor) while participating in any Grand Prize related activities, they do so at their own discretion and agree to hold the Released Parties harmless from any subsequent damages or third-party claims arising out of or related to such consumption. Grand Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as part of the prize in these Official Rules and prize details not specified herein shall be determined solely by Sponsor.
11. GENERAL CONDITIONS, RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Limit one (1) Game Prize/offer and one Trip Prize per person/household. All prizes/offers are Sponsor specified. Prizes/offers consist of only the item(s) specifically listed as the prize/offer in these Official Rules. No alcohol is awarded with prizes/offers. Prizes/offers are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Digital codes must be used at shop.CoronaUSA.com and offer recipients must follow any guidelines applicable at time of usage. Winners are responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes. Grand Prize winners will receive an IRS Form 1099 from Administrator for the actual value of their Grand Prize. Failure to complete travel or use hotel accommodations does not relieve a Grand Prize winner of their tax obligations associated with acceptance of Grand Prize. The ARV of any prize listed is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules, and the date the prize is awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for, and winner will not receive any difference between, the actual value and ARV of any prize. No transfer, assignment, substitution or cash equivalent for any prize will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor due to prize unavailability for any reason. In such circumstance, an alternate prize of equal value will be awarded and Sponsor’s obligation to the winner will be fulfilled, and no other additional compensation will be provided. Resale of prizes/offers is prohibited. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes/offers be awarded. If a participant submits more than the stated number of Entries/Game Plays permitted, and/or if the Sponsor or Administrator suspects that a participant attempted to obtain additional Entries/Game Plays by using multiple or different email addresses, registrations, identities or any other method, Sponsor and Administrator will void that participant’s Entries/Game Plays and that participant may be disqualified. Entries/Game Plays generated by script, macro or other automated means and Entries/Game Plays by any means which subvert the Entry/Game Play process are void. Entries/Game Plays will not be acknowledged or returned. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, invalid or unintelligible Entries/Game Plays, which will be disqualified. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar Game Play methods or agents (including, but not limited to, Game Play/sweepstakes entry services to create fraudulent phone numbers and/or identities) will void all Entries/Game Plays by that participant. Normal internet access and data charges imposed by your internet/wireless phone service provider may apply. See your internet/wireless provider for pricing plan details. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry/Game Play, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter/play will be deemed the participant. The “authorized account holder of the email address” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization, (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder associated with the Entry/Game Play. In exchange for the right to participate in the Promotion, participants/winners/guests agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Released Parties from and against any and all liability (including, but not limited to, damages caused or claimed to be caused, losses, or injury) arising out of participation and/or acceptance/use or misuse of the prize or travel, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Administrator’s or Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Promotion materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. The Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the Promotion material, administration of the Promotion or in the announcement of the prizes/offers. NOTICE: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. The Released Parties are not responsible for faulty, incorrect, undeliverable or mistranscribed phone/email transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer, phone or device related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the Promotion, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer or device transmission that may limit a user's ability to participate in the Promotion. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for undeliverable emails, including but not limited to those resulting from any form of active or passive email filtering by a user's Internet service provider and/or email client or for insufficient space in user's email account to receive email. All participants understand and agree that all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California (“Section 1542”) and any similar law of any state, territory, or country that may be applicable with respect to the foregoing release are hereby expressly and forever waived. All participants acknowledge that Section 1542 provides that: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.” The releases hereunder are intended to apply to all claims not known or suspected to exist with the intent of waiving the effect of laws requiring the intent to release future unknown claims. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion if fraud, misconduct or technical failures threaten the integrity of the Promotion; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the Promotion as determined by Sponsor and Administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online and all instant Game prizes/offers claimed properly prior to termination will be awarded and the remainder of the Game prizes valued at over $25 will be awarded in the Second Chance Drawing (and those $25 and under will not be awarded) from among all eligible non-winning Game Plays received prior to termination, and the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Trip will be awarded in a separate random drawing from among all eligible Entries received prior to termination. Any damage made to the Website by a participant will be the responsibility of the participant and/or the authorized email account holder of the email address submitted at the time of Entry/Game Play. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.
12. PUBLICITY: Acceptance of any prize/offer constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s/offer recipient’s name and/or likeness and Entry/Game Play for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners list, unless prohibited by law.
13. DISPUTES: THIS PROMOTION IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF NEW YORK, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Promotion and/or accepting an awarded prize, each participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before any federal courts in the Western District of New York or, if such courts do not have subject matter jurisdiction, state courts in Monroe County, New York. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., evidenced costs associated with entering this Promotion), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
14. PRIVACY: Any personal information that a participant provides in connection with the Promotion shall be used by Sponsor and Administrator to administer this Promotion, contact participants, and for the other purposes set forth in the Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://www.coronausa.com/pages/privacy-policy. By entering this Promotion, you agree to and accept that privacy policy. If participant authorizes, by opting in, Sponsor may provide participant with information relating to products, services and promotions of Sponsor and affiliates of Sponsor.
15. WINNERS LIST: To receive the names of the winners of prizes valued over $25 by email, send an email to CrownImportsWinners@donjagoda.com with “WINNERS #2990-56 in the subject line. Requests must be received by October 1, 2026. Winners List will be sent after all prizes have been awarded.
